Instructions
- Tape or glue (do not staple) one “Box Top for Education” on each Gator
- Box tops must have a visible expiration date and MUST NOT BE EXPIRED
- Box tops worth more than 10 cents (bonus box tops) may be attached to the back of the form and the appropriate number of gators crossed out
- Send all completed forms to your child’s teacher by April 18th, 2014.
For each valid form turned in, your child will be entered to win prizes such as a Beanless Bean Bag Chair, Make-your-own Jump Rope Kit, gift card from Sempeck’s, Kona Ice, Amazing Pizza Machine, Texas Roadhouse and more!
Drawings for all prizes will be held at the conclusion of the contest. Each student may only win one prize.
